This incredibly beautiful panoramic photo was taken by photographer Trey Ratcliff in northern Guangxi province, south of Guizhou and Hunan in China. As Trey says, It was a very hot day, the kind of day where the T-shirt sticks to the body. We hired guides who later hired more experienced local guides to take this bird's-eye shot. The guide boy was amazing. He boldly led us through sharp stones, prickly shrubs, sometimes the only thing we could hold on to was thorn bushes or glassy rocks. After a quarter of the way, I looked at my hands - they were completely covered in blood, but I decided I needed this shot. I don’t usually take pictures of landscapes, but not in this case.Solid areas: 0%
