The Hermitage Pavilion in the park of Tsarskoye Village was a favorite resting place of Elizabeth Petrovna and Catherine II, here they received selected Russian and foreign guests, arranged holidays including feasts and dances. The table was raised from under the floor, each guest could order a dish by writing on a slate board.
