How to solve? — Frame Sudoku

Rules

Frame Sudoku is a variant of Sudoku where numbers outside the grid show the sum of the first three digits in the corresponding row or column. Fill the grid according to standard Sudoku rules: each row, column, and 3x3 box must contain the digits 1-9 without repetition. The puzzle is solved when all cells are filled correctly and all sum constraints are satisfied.
