The numbers at the top and left of the grid show the target sums for each column and row. You need to remove some numbers from the grid by marking them with black to make the sums of the remaining numbers match the targets.
Additionally, you can mark numbers in blue if you are certain they should remain in the solution. This does not affect the final result but helps you keep track of which numbers to keep and which to remove.
