The numbers represent the sum of the weights of all colored cells in the corresponding row or column. The cell weight is equal to the cell number in order. To facilitate the solution - the weights of the corresponding lines are labeled on the right and below.
If the sum of the weights of the filled cells is equal to a number, it is highlighted in green. If it exceeds - in red.
Crosses and question marks are needed only for notes, they do not affect the decision.
