тому пазлу по ссылке п.3 поставлен несправедливо
там нет одинакового синего неба не отличающегося даже по тону (светлее\темнее),
там различия и по цветовым отттенкам в серо-жёлтой гамме и по тонам
ради интереса собрала его в квадратах в турнирном небольшом формате 8х5=40, уложилась а в 5мин.8сек., хотя не спешила - вполне нормально для турнира

квадратным пазлам для сложности однородность фона не обязательна
я помню пёстрые пазлы с апельсинами и листьями, или с разноцветными сладостями, которые из 15 человек в турнире успели сложить 1-2 участника
может даже одинаковое небо в одну треть было бы в турнире сложить быстрее, по крайней мере его можно сразу вверх запихнуть и там тупо поподставлять

в турнирных белпазлах без чисел, мне такие ситуации, чтоб не успеть не попадались

большие головоломки с мелкой нарезкой в турниры с малым временем решения всё равно не попадают, что о них переживать

думаю п.3 нужен, и ограничения в одну треть достаточно
но его надо ставить осознанно, за действительно однородный фон

Я думаю, многие не отказались бы собрать такую картинку (даже и я под настроение ), но совершенно не хочется видеть ее в классических квадратных пазлах, белпазлах, пятнашках, а особенно в турнирах. В точку!!! Тоже хотела про это написать. 

Вы наверное не участвовали в годовых турнирах Времени там конечно, достаточно, но собирать такой белпазл 30х40 - чистый мазохизм... на мой взгляд
Поэтому поддерживаю предложение собирать такие в паблике.

Can add a check box that limits the types of puzzles where it may appear. Then for images with uniform background, instead of 3 moderator can just check the checkbox.
