By the nature of the illumination image I can say that photos Amateur. The photo itself is easy to Google and prints in a very specific stores (at the print screen I truncated the name to avoid advertising here).
That is hardly not the Wallpaper on your desktop computer, which made jigsaw puzzles.

Любительское фото - это пункт 5, тогда причина удаления была бы мне понятна. Поняла бы даже пункт 3, т.к. здесь много однотонных цветов. А у меня вопрос возник по поводу удаления из-за рекламы магазина. Претензий ни к кому не имею, просто стала любопытна такая причина отказа. По поиску в google выдаёт не какой-то конкретный магазин, а множество магазинов в России, Украине, Казахстане, Китае и т.д.

Пару ссылок из скрина открыла - там не заявлено, что изображения защищены авторским правом.

And now I was wondering, since I was talking about the copyright that you can add, and what not. For example, I (and not only me) have added a lot of pictures from the official website of artist Adrian Chesterman. Permission for publication of his works, I certainly never asked. It is considered a violation of copyright? Why not deleted? And how is it to be, with paintings of artists or photographers?

Well, this is a deep question ,that's for sure we will not be able to respond in any way , this is the legal aspect.

By the way we have in the rules there is a paragraph, the User ensures that the uploaded or created using the functionality of the site content :

Users are solely responsible for any uploaded them on the website. Website administration is not responsible for the content contrary to the laws of any country.

Вставлю свои пять копеек) Если копнуть еще глубже, для этого и нужен значок копирайта - а по инструкциям в пазлах, никаких сторонних надписей на картинках не должно быть, поэтому большинство подгружающих просто вырезают этот цопирайт. А это, между прочим, наказуемое действие) По-хорошему, нужно (с) оставить и еще где-то в описании указать, что все мат-лы принадлежат автору и прочим владельцам интеллектуальной собств-ти, типа: "Дисклеймер: работа авторства Такого-То, права принадлежат исключительно Автору." В теории, свободно использование инт. собств. без уведомления автора возможно только если это: 1) в образовательных целях; 2) не несет никакой мат. выгоды для загружающего. Там еще свои тонкости, но это основное.

Это хорошо, но пользователь теоретически может получить по щщам от какой-нибудь студии в Вашингтоне

И тем более, до его пользователей
Мораль: подгружая картинки, используйте VPN)
