I apologize in advance, but I was surprised by smooth, with a difference of a few seconds, the results of the player xoba. Given the low overall rating in the tournament 4325 from 17.05 5-58, 7-22 7-22 and and different complexity of puzzles. I've been on Sudoku and I want to say that this is unrealistically fast results. This is genius Sudoku!

Probably using a sudoku solver and copying the answer.

But I have a more general question : trying to improve my skill, I have tried different tricks, with more or less succes. Some are obviously cheating, and I have decided not to use them anymore. But I still use minor tricks that I don't consider as cheating (like a lot of the players I think, for small puzzles, I use the loading time and the transparency of the loading frame to solve mentaly the puzzle). Some are more on the edge. When I see the scores of @Alex54, I understand it is possible to compute programs that solve the puzzle and send the reponse instead of you. So, whre cheating starts, and where cheating ends ? It is a serious question, I don't have the answer.

Totally agree with You, dear eLLioTT. The results of some players in different types of puzzles beyond the possible. For several years I decided to only Sudoku and have seen different players with different results. As a rule, those who have decided very quickly, was used by some programs and some of them wrote about it. Permitted to do in conventional solutions to the puzzles(though I also don't see the point), but in tournaments it's forbidden. Our site is not just a question about the possibility of identifying cheaters, but they say that makes it very difficult.
