жаль, что в модерацию прошел с транспонированными цветами; мне первичный вариант больше нравился.
по идее, автор мог бы написать прямо администратору, с просьбой заменить этот на такой же с другими цветами; мне это удалось, когда кросс апрувнули быстрее, чем я смогла донести мысль, что мне нужна правка.

My first thought was it was a picture of a fox -- tall ears and bushy tail. I like it.

For OwenKL: yes, your guess is right - "немец" is a colloquial shortening for "немецкая овчарка".

To activate block mode, press and hold down CTRLand move the mouse while pressing the left or right button. You will see a frame with translucent filling. As soon as you release the mouse button, all the cells that have been highlighted will be colored as selected, or marked with crosses if you right-clicked them initially.
