I live in the U.S. and have never heard of this. I've been to many meetings, and whoever is giving the report is just given a company title, not the title of "Rapporteur". I had to look this up (after I solved the puzzle) just to find out what it was a puzzle of. Thank you for my "learn something new everyday" lesson.
